Conditions of Seagrass Ecosystems in Gili Sulat Waters, Sambelia District, East Lombok Regency in 2022

Seagrass has high productivity so it is said to be a complex shallow marine ecosystem. The role of seagrass ecosystems very important, especially in terms ecological and economic functions. purpose this research reveal the existing condition Data collection used line transect method with square measuring 1m x 1m. sampling technique uses systematic random method. results study obtained 4 species 2 families, among others: Hyddrocharitaceae including Enhalus acoroides, Thalassia hemprichii. Potamogetonaceae family consists Cymodocea rotundata, Syringodium isoetifolium. that have enough influence on Gili Sulat waters are hemprinchii, an important value index (INP) 184.74, density 65.59% (rather dense status), frequency 48.21% (wide distribution), 70.84% coverage (rich/healthy status).
